Brosnan will play a successful publisher whose relationship with a young I.T. consultant sours. He soon finds the former friend is using technology to threaten his family, business, and life. The film will be produced by Friendly Films’ David T. Friendly, Voltage’s Craig Flores and Nicolas Chartier and Brosnan’s Irish Dreamtime partner Beau St. Clair. Wisher will be co-exec producer. They are casting the other male lead, the I.T. nemesis, and will go into production in the fall. Friendly hatched the idea and developed it with Dan Kay, who wrote the original draft. Friendly brought it to Voltage, which will finance. They are already engaged with domestic studio partners and will sell the film at Toronto. Peter Veverka will be co-producer.

The Irish helmer, who debuted at Fox with Behind Enemy Lines and made his next four films at the studio, is repped by Paradigm and attorney Cherryl Snow; Wisher is represented by Geoffrey Brandt and Brosnan by CAA.
