EXCLUSIVE: Bruce Willis is re-teaming with Cop Out writers Mark and Robb Cullen for an untitled comedy about a down-but-not-out L.A-based private investigator whose professional and personal worlds collide when his loving pet Buddy is stolen by a notorious gang.  A series of bizarre circumstances find him doing the gang’s bidding, while being chased by two vengeful Samoan brothers, a loan shark’s goons and other assorted shady characters. Willis’ private dick goes to extraordinary lengths to be re-united with his best friend.

The Cullen brothers will direct and produce the film, which Voltage Pictures is financing and selling at Cannes. Filming is set to begin by the end of June this year. Willis is repped by CAA. The Cullen's are repped by WME.

Willis has a number of pics coming down the pipeline, including Barry Levinson’s Rock the Casbah opposite Bill Murray and Extraction for director Steven C. Miller.

Mark Cullen, Robb Cullen, Nicolas Chartier, Zev Foreman, and Laura Ford will be producing.

“Once I sat in a room with Mark and Robb and heard their vision, I was convinced they would deliver a killer fun fast-paced, cool, action comedy. This is the perfect film for Bruce, going back to his great roles in The Whole 9 Yards and Pulp Fiction.”  said Chartier

“We are thrilled to be working with Voltage Pictures and excited for the opportunity to direct one of the biggest movie stars of all time in Bruce Willis”  Said Mark and Robb Cullen.

The deal was negotiated by Nicolas Chartier on behalf of Voltage with CAA and Julian Zajfren of Ziffren Law on behalf of Bruce Willis, and Mark Ankner of WME Global and Cliff Roberts of WME and Peter C. Sample of Jackoway Tyerman Wertheimer on behalf of Mark and Robb Cullen.

Voltage, CAA and WME will be representing US rights to the film.
